Southwest Labour Party Abandons Obi, Collapses Structure Into APC

The chances of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi of winning in the upcoming election has suffered a huge setback as the Southwest leadership of the party collapsed its entire structure into the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), Theliberationnews has learnt.

Southwest LP chairman, Omotoso Banji, led the party leadership to collapse its structure in Akure, the capital of Ondo State.

Other leaders of LP that defected were Omowumi Olosola, Ondo Secretary of LP, Sola Alabi amongst others.
