*QUESTION 1: FUEL SUBSIDY – WHERE ARE THE TRILLIONS SAVED AND WHAT TANGIBLE BENEFITS HAVE NIGERIANS RECEIVED?*
Trillions saved are visible, not hidden. Before removal, Nigeria spent 8 trillion naira yearly on subsidy, 90 percent went to few importers and smugglers, not to poor man in Sokoto or market woman in Ibadan.
Where money went after removal:
FAAC allocation to states and local governments moved from 400 billion monthly in May 2023 to 1.8 trillion monthly in October 2026. Ask your governor what he did with 4 times more money. That is subsidy money now in your state.
NELFUND Student Loan – 500,000 students have accessed, over 200,000 from North, they are back in school because they could not afford fees. That is subsidy money.
CREDICORP Consumer Credit – Over 2 million Nigerians now access credit to buy cars, phones, goods. That is subsidy money.
CNG Initiative – Over 1,000 CNG buses deployed to Kaduna, Kano, Abuja, Lagos, transport fare cut 60 percent, 200 conversion centers created. That is subsidy money.
Infrastructure – 81km Abuja-Kaduna highway commissioned October 24, 2026 with concrete, Sokoto-Badagry 1,068km highway started, Kano-Kaduna rail accelerated. That is subsidy money.
Tangible benefit: You no longer queue for fuel. You can now ask your governor to show what he built with 4 times FAAC.
*QUESTION 2: INSECURITY – WHY NEGOTIATE WITH BANDITS IN THE NORTH WHILE TAKING DIFFERENT APPROACH IN SOUTH-WEST?*
Government does not negotiate with bandits as federal policy. What happened in some Northern states was state-level non-kinetic engagement by some governors to get hostages out safely, not federal government paying bandits.
Federal approach is same everywhere – kinetic and non-kinetic.
In North: Forest Guards created – 50,000 armed locals recruited to enter forests bandits occupied. Result – Abuja-Kaduna highway now safe enough for President to commission and drive on October 24, 2026. Before, no President could drive. Food inflation dropped from 24 percent to 12 percent because farmers returned to farm in Niger, Kaduna, Zamfara.
In South West: Same approach – Amotekun supported with federal funding, Forest Guards deployed to Oyo, Ondo forests, Sunday Igboho issue resolved through traditional rulers plea and due process.
Difference is terrain. North has vast forests 10 times bigger than South West forests. Solution requires forest guards plus state police which President has now approved in 2026.
No negotiation with criminals. But every life matters, so if hostages can be saved without shooting, government will save them first, then go after criminals.
*QUESTION 3: ELECTRICITY – YOU PROMISED NIGERIANS SHOULD NOT RE-ELECT YOU IN 2027 IF YOU FAILED TO FIX ELECTRICITY. WHERE IS THE LIGHT?*
President said fix electricity sector, not give 24 hours light in 2 years. Fixing sector means fixing structure that was broken for 40 years.
What was on ground before 2023: Grid collapsed 8 times yearly, generation 4,000 megawatts for 200 million people, Siemens deal stalled, no metering.
What has been done since 2023:
Electricity Act 2023 signed – First time states can generate, transmit, distribute their own power. Before, federal held monopoly. Now Lagos, Oyo, Enugu have their own electricity laws and are building.
Siemens Presidential Power Initiative accelerated – 10 new power transformers installed, mobile substations deployed, transmission capacity increased to 8,000 megawatts.
Metering – 3 million meters distributed under Presidential Metering Initiative to stop estimated billing that kills small businesses.
Band A – Those who can pay get 20 hours light now. Before, everybody got 4 hours.
Light is coming, but foundation first. You cannot give light without fixing grid, law, metering. That foundation is now fixed. Second term is when distribution improves massively. Hold him to second term harvest.
*QUESTION 4: POVERTY – WHAT CONCRETE STEPS HAS YOUR GOVERNMENT TAKEN TO REDUCE POVERTY, ESPECIALLY IN NORTHERN NIGERIA?*
Poverty was created before 2023. NBS 2022 showed Sokoto 91 percent poor, Jigawa 84 percent, Bauchi 83 percent. All under Northern leaders since 1999. As Governor Uba Sani said, 70 percent of out-of-school children are from North as of 2023. Poverty did not start 2023.
What PBAT did to reduce it, especially in North:
FAAC increased 4 times – Northern governors now have money to fight poverty. Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto now get billions more monthly.
NELFUND – 200,000 Northern students out of poverty of school dropout now back.
Tax Reform 2025 – SMEs under 100 million turnover tax free. 70 percent of Northern MSMEs fall here. Before they were taxed even with 5 million turnover.
CNG – Transport cost is 40 percent of poor man’s income in North. CNG cut it 60 percent.
Agriculture – Dry season farming funded with 100 billion, fertilizer subsidized, Anchor Borrowers restructured, food inflation halved.
Social Investment – Conditional Cash Transfer expanded to 15 million households, mostly North, 75,000 per household.
Poverty will not disappear in 3 years after 24 years of creation. But direction is now poverty reduction, not increase.
*QUESTION 5: AGRICULTURE – WHERE ARE THE PROMISED MARKETING BOARDS, GUARANTEED PRICES AND INVESTMENTS?*
Marketing boards are being returned through new structure, not old corrupt boards.
National Agricultural Development Fund created – 100 billion naira for dry season farming. Result – Wheat production in Jigawa, Kebbi increased 3 times, we now produce wheat we imported before.
Guaranteed Minimum Price – Federal Government through Strategic Food Reserve now buys grains at guaranteed price. In 2025, government bought 500,000 tonnes of maize, rice, millet from Northern farmers at guaranteed price above market price to protect them.
Fertilizer – 500,000 tonnes subsidized fertilizer distributed to Northern farmers at 50 percent cost, not sold to politicians.
Food Prices – Food inflation that was 24 percent May 2023 is now 12 percent October 2026 because farmers returned to farm after Forest Guards secured forests, plus CNG trucks moved food cheaper.
National Commodity Board approved in 2024 to replace old boards, to fix price and buy excess. It is working with private sector.
Food is more affordable now than 2023 when it would have been higher with 50 percent inflation if reforms were not done.
*QUESTION 6: JOBS – WHERE ARE THE ONE MILLION DIGITAL JOBS YOU PROMISED?*
3MTT – 3 Million Technical Talent programme was launched, not 1 million.
Status as of October 2026: Over 1.8 million youths trained in digital skills – coding, AI, cybersecurity, data. Over 300,000 already placed in jobs – remote jobs with foreign companies, local tech companies, and as freelancers earning dollars.
Platform – 3MTT portal shows list, you can verify.
Plus Federal Government created Outsource to Nigeria Initiative, attracting BPO companies to employ Nigerians to work for US companies from Nigeria.
Plus NELFUND and CREDICORP are jobs in themselves – Student can learn and have credit to start business.
One million was promise, 3 million is programme, 1.8 million trained is delivery.
*QUESTION 7: INDUSTRIALISATION – HOW MANY INDUSTRIES HAVE YOU BUILT OR REVIVED IN NORTH-WEST, AND WHAT IS THE STATUS OF AKK PIPELINE?*
North West industrialization is tied to AKK gas.
AKK Gas Pipeline Status: Before 2023, AKK was 50 percent completed after 3 years, funding stalled, no gas. Since 2023, PBAT funded it with 1.8 billion dollars, completion now 85 percent as of October 2026. Kano section will be commissioned early 2027. This pipeline will carry gas from Ajaokuta to Kano through Kaduna.
Why it matters: No industry in Kano, Kaduna, Katsina can run without cheap gas. With AKK, gas will power factories.
Industries revived and built in North West:
Kaduna Dry Port revived, now working, moving goods from Apapa to Kaduna by rail.
Kano – 200 SMEs supported with CREDICORP and BOI loans of 50 billion to revive textile, leather.
Special Agro-Processing Zones in Kaduna and Kano funded by AfDB and Federal Government – 500 million dollars – to process tomatoes, rice, maize.
Compressed Natural Gas Industrial Park in Kaduna – 20 companies now converting vehicles.
Industry needs gas and power. AKK provides gas, Electricity Act provides power. Second term will see factories run.
*QUESTION 8: ABDUCTIONS – WHY DOES GOVERNMENT RESPONSE TO SCHOOL ABDUCTIONS APPEAR DIFFERENT ACROSS REGIONS?*
Every Nigerian life matters equally. No region is prioritized.
Perception difference is due to speed of reporting and access, not policy.
In North West, bandits abduct and hide in vast forests, sometimes 100km from road. Security needs time to locate without harming children. Government first priority is safe return of children alive, not shooting for media.
In South, abductions are often urban, easier to locate.
Since 2023, no school abduction has lasted more than 10 days without rescue. Compare to Chibok 2014 – 200 girls taken, still not all returned after 9 years under previous government.
PBAT created Safe School Initiative 2.0, with 20 billion naira, fencing schools, providing emergency hotlines, training vigilantes in Kaduna, Kebbi, Zamfara.
Result – School abductions dropped 60 percent 2024 to 2026 according to NPF data.
Every child matters. That is why Forest Guards and state police approved to stop abductions at source.
*QUESTION 9: SUNDAY IGBOHO VS EL-RUFAI – WHY ACT ON PLEAS OF YORUBA MONARCHS BUT IGNORE NORTHERN TRADITIONAL RULERS?*
Two different cases, two different laws.
Sunday Igboho case was agitation issue, not corruption or incitement case. Yoruba monarchs – Ooni, Alaafin, Olubadan – pleaded for forgiveness and political solution, Igboho returned and process followed due process, he went through Benin Republic legal process.
El-Rufai case is about alleged financial issues and statements under investigation by Kaduna State House of Assembly and EFCC. Northern traditional rulers – Sultan, Emir of Zazzau – respect rule of law. They know President cannot interfere with investigation. If President interferes for El-Rufai, then rule of law is dead.
President acted on Igboho because case was about peace and unity and monarchs sought reconciliation.
President does not act on El-Rufai because case is before investigative and judicial bodies. If El-Rufai is innocent, court will free him. If guilty, law applies. Northern traditional rulers understand separation of powers and have not asked President to stop investigation, they asked for due process which President has ensured.
No double standard. One is political reconciliation, one is judicial process.
*QUESTION 10: GOVERNORS ACCOUNTABILITY – WHAT PRACTICAL MECHANISMS WILL YOU PROVIDE?*
President said hold governors accountable because FAAC increased 4 times. He provided mechanisms:
Open FAAC – Every month, Federation Account Allocation published online and in newspapers. You can see what your state got. Before, many did not publish.
BudgIT and Tracka supported with federal data to track projects in your state.
Tax Reform Bill requires governors to publish their spending if they want to access more funds.
EFCC and ICPC empowered to probe governors after tenure and even commissioners now.
Local Government Autonomy – Supreme Court judgment 2024 enforced, LGA allocation now goes directly to LGAs, not through governors. That is accountability.
Citizen Engagement – Office of Community Engagement headed by Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, OFR, created to go to communities in South West and tell people what federal government has done and what state government received, so people know what to plug into quickly.
Practical mechanism is information. Now you know FAAC is 1.8 trillion monthly. Go to your state House of Assembly and ask for budget performance.
*QUESTION 11: KADUNA PROMISES – WHICH HAVE YOU FULFILLED?*
2022 promises in Kaduna – Recap and status:
Jobs for Kaduna youths through 3MTT. Fulfilled – 200,000 Kaduna youths trained in 3MTT, Kaduna top 3 in Nigeria, 50,000 placed in jobs.
Agriculture – Dry season farming and fertilizer. Fulfilled – 100 billion dry season fund, Kaduna farmers got fertilizer at 50 percent, Kaduna maize production increased, food inflation down.
Security – Make Abuja-Kaduna safe and end banditry. Fulfilled – Abuja-Kaduna highway commissioned October 24, 2026 with concrete, safe to drive, Forest Guards 50,000 deployed, Kaduna banditry reduced 70 percent, farmers back to farm.
AKK gas pipeline through Kaduna to power industry. Fulfilled – From 50 percent in 2023 to 85 percent in 2026, Kaduna section completed, gas will reach Kaduna early 2027 to power factories.
CNG buses for Kaduna. Fulfilled – 300 CNG buses deployed to Kaduna, fare cut 60 percent.
All Kaduna 2022 promises have been fulfilled or in final stage. Kaduna rally 2026 is not to promise again, it is to show delivered.
*QUESTION 12: TRUST – IF YOU WERE A NIGERIAN STRUGGLING, WOULD YOU TRUST YOUR PROMISES A SECOND TIME?*
Yes, because struggling now is due to past, not future.
If I were struggling Nigerian in 2026, I would ask: Who created 70 percent out-of-school in North? Not PBAT, but those who ruled 1999-2023. Who created 91 percent poverty in Sokoto? Not PBAT. Who created kidnapping on highway? Not PBAT.
What did PBAT do in 3 years? Gave me NELFUND for my child, CNG bus with half fare, FAAC 4 times to my governor, Forest Guards to secure my farm, 81km road I can drive, tax free for my small shop under 100 million, and approved state police so my governor can protect me.
Would I trust again? Yes, because first term is weeding, second term is harvest.
In Yoruba proverb: First year you plant cassava, you suffer weeding. Second year, you harvest and eat. If you abandon the farm after weeding, you starve.
PBAT first term weeded subsidy, forex fraud, insecurity.
Second term prosperity you will not regret because infrastructure, student loan, CNG, and FAAC increase will now turn to jobs and food.
Trust is based on evidence. Evidence is 81km road, NELFUND, CNG, FAAC increase, Forest Guards.
Second term is to complete AKK gas to Kano, make state police work, make light stable, make industries work.
You will not regret second term.
