With the leadership crisis that shook the Lagos State House of Assembly now laid to rest, Lagos State Government has acknowledged the Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa-led leadership.
In a circular signed by the Head of Service, Barrister Bode Agoro and sighted by Theliberationnews on Friday, the state government notified all agencies and government parastatals of the development and urging for their cooperation and acknowledgment.
The circular emphatically confirmed Obasa as the speaker of the legislative arm and Hon. Meranda Lasbat as the deputy speaker: Hon. Adewale Temitope as the majority leader: Hon. Mojeed Fatai as the Chief Whip: Hon. Kasunmu Adedamola Richard as Deputy Majority Leader and Hon. David Setonji as the Deputy Chief whip.
The centre of excellence has now fully restored its political peace with the latest development.
