Four years after it was torched by arsonists during the destructive #EndSARS protest, TVC Communications, owners and operators of one of Nigeria’s most-viewed TV Channels has unveiled its new studios.

Like the popular Yoruba adage that says when a king’s palace burns down, the replacement is more grand, the new studio boasts of a state-of-the-art facilities expected of a 21st-century TV channel.

The unveiling ceremony was graced by notable players in the Nigerian media and marketing communication industries on Wednesday. They were present at the new studios, located at Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island Lagos.

The development has stimulated calls from readers of The Nation newspapers whom many believe should equally benefit from having a central head office location being the nation’s widely-read newspaper.

The print medium currently has its office at Fatai Atere, Mushin, a hub for spare parts of automobiles.
