Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu won his Polling Unit 006, Ward E3, Eiyekole, Lagos Island with a wide margin.
The result sighted by Theliberationnews showed that the incumbent governor got 121 votes to humiliate other contestants in the contest.
PDP’s Olajide Adediran (Jandor) got 1 vote while the candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Chinedu Rhodes-Vivour got 2 votes.
Sanwo-Olu’s victory rub off on the party’s House of Assembly candidate who polled 120 votes, PDP has 3 and LP 2 Votes.
At the polling unit of PDP’s Deputy Governorship candidate, Funke Akindele at 019, Ita Aro Square, Aga/ljimu ward in Ikorodu, APC’s Sanwo-Olu stole the show.
He polled a total of 77 votes to defeat PDP’s Olajide Jandor’ Adeniran, and his running mate, Akindele, who scooped a total of 19 votes.
Labour Party’s candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour polled three votes, while Funsho Doherty of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) polled two votes.
