The Ogun State Government has concluded plans to arraign Abubakar Adamu, the driver of the stationary truck linked to the tragic road accident that claimed the lives of friends of boxing champion, Anthony Joshua last December.
At Thursday’s court sitting, Ogun State Senior Counsel, D.O. Ogunyomi, assumed prosecution in the ongoing case involving Adeniyi Kayode, driver of the Lexus SUV conveying Joshua’s friends to the state when the fatal crash occurred.
Ogunyomi urged the court to allow the state consolidate charges against both Adamu and Kayode, citing their roles in the deadly incident.
