In a vibrant showcase of talent and expression, the Faculty Librarian of the Social Sciences Students Association (SOSSA), Adekoya Abdulsalam Adebayo, successfully hosted the much-anticipated SOSSA Literary Jam.

The educational event was held on Tuesday 6th May 2025, at the varsity’s Multimedia Room, Faculty of Social Sciences.

The event brought together a rich blend of spoken word artists, poets, and writers who all delivered electrifying performances that captivated the audience and reawakened literary consciousness among the undergraduates.

With support from Campus Mirror, Penbleeds & Co., OOU Lads, Marveliar Initiative, and Choral Court Literati, the event was regarded as a cultural rebirth. Adebayo noted that the Literary Jam is a step forward in reviving literary excellence and fostering unity through creative expression.
