Presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu, has picked the All Progressives Congress, (APC’s) N100m Presidential Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms to contest the party’s primary in preparation for the 2023 presidential elections.

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has also picked the APC’s Gubernatorial Nomination and Expression of Interest forms.

Both forms were picked at the APC’s national secretariat in Abuja on Friday by a member of the House of Representatives, representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, Hon. James Faleke.

Faleke was accompanied by former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr. Babachir Lawal and thousands of members of the Tinubu Support Groups (TSG) to pick the presidential form Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, an APC presidential hopeful.

The federal lawmaker and some supporters of Governor Sanwo-Olu also picked the N50million governorship forms for the governor, who is seeking for second term.

It would be recalled that Asiwaju Tinubu in January after a meeting with President Muhammed Buhari at State House, Abuja, announced his desire to succeed the incumbent President come May 29, 2023.

Other presidential aspirants who have picked their expression of interest and nomination forms are Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba and Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello.

More APC presidential aspirants, such as Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi; Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige and former Senate President, Ken Nnamani, among others are expected to follow suit in the coming days.
