For the fourth consecutive year, the Rotaract Club of Isolo has partnered with a leading waste management company, Sarobol Nigeria Limited, to execute its annual educational scholarship for admission seekers in Isolo community.

This is as no fewer than 11 indigent admission seekers have been registered for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) scheduled for April to encourage their academic pursuits.

The club’s president, Rotaractor Halimat Adediran PHF, described the educational scholarship as one of the flagship programs of the service club noting that it is one of the club’s ways of grooming future leaders and ultimately contributing to the growth of its host community.

She recalled how the program started four years ago and how successive administrations before her had sustained it while expressing delight at being able to undertake it during her tenure. The club’s president appreciated Sarobol Nigeria Limited for the invaluable partnership.

On her part, the club’s President-elect, Rotaractor Mariam Akinrinlo charged the beneficiaries to make the most of the opportunity impressing on them that reasonable cash support awaits three beneficiaries with the best UTME score who eventually gain admission into their chosen university.

On his part, a past President of the club, Rotaractor Damilola Kushimo, joined the club’s leadership to appreciate Sarobol Nigeria Limited for partnering with the club as part of its yearly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects for its community.
