The Lagos Youth Development Institute (LYDI) has appointed the Rector of Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), Dr. Engr. Ibraheem Adedotun Abdul as a member of its advisory council.

The appointment was announced on Monday when the management of the leadership training platform led by its Director-General, Dr. Jamiu Ademosu, paid a courtesy visit to Abdul.

The visit featured discussions bordering collaboration and partnership that align with LYDI’s mandate of youth development, empowerment, and capacity building.

Abdul expressed strong support for the vision and mission of the youth development institute as he highlighted key areas where his institutional expertise and resources could be leveraged to advance youth-focused programs.

The major highlight of the visit was the official decoration of the academician as a Member of the Lagos Youth Development Institute Advisory Council.
