Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has formally defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress from the Peoples Democratic Party.
Theliberationnews reports that the governor announced his defection at a stakeholders meeting held at the government house in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
Fubara joined a host of his colleagues who have defected to the APC this year.
