In her characteristic show of kindness, especially during notable festivities, the Senator representing Lagos West Senatorial District, Dr. Idiat Oluranti Adebule, has distributed more than a thousand 50kg bags of rice and cash gifts of one hundred million Naira to her constituents.
The largesse was shared through various groups, including the League of Imams, youth organisations, Community Development Committees (CDC), traditional rulers, party leaders, and executives among others, across the 28 LGAs and LCDAs in the senatorial district.
The constituency office of the Senator on Oba Akinjobi Way, GRA, Ikeja, was a beehive of activity earlier in the week as representatives of the various groups visited to collect their respective Eid-el-Kabir gifts.
The representatives are expected to ensure the distribution of the largesse to their members at the grassroots level.
In her Eid-al-Adha message released on Friday, the former Lagos State Deputy Governor reiterated her commitment to the welfare of her constituents as she assured them of continued qualitative representation.
