Federal Government has commenced the payment of the newly increased N77,000 monthly allowance to members of Natioanal Youth Service Corps (NYSC) nationwide.
This is coming days after NYSC director general, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu reassured corps members across Nigeria of the disbursement starting from March 2025.
Many of the corps members on Wednesday, March 26, took to social media to share screenshots of their payments expressing their excitement.
The newly allowance represents over a 100% increment from the previous N33,000 monthly payment.
