Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter, Engr. Adigun Ibrahim Olalekan, has sent warm compliments to the newly inaugurated senators of the 6th Session of the Nigerian Youth Parliament.

Adigun specifically felicitated the three representatives from Lagos State, Senator Oluwafemi Anisere (Lagos West), Senator Oyindamola Obadiah (Lagos Central) and Senator Afolabi Saheed (Lagos East).

The youth leader expressed his pride in the achievement of these young individuals who have now taken up the mantle of leadership at the national level. Adigun emphasized the importance of their roles in representing the interests of youth in the country and urged them to work diligently towards delivering on their responsibilities.

Adigun further called for continued collaboration between the Nigerian Youth Parliament and the National Youth Council to create lasting impact on the nation’s development.

“Your success in this new role is a testament to the power of youth leadership and the potential we have as young Nigerians to bring about positive change. I believe in your ability to represent us with integrity, dedication, and excellence,” Adigun stated.

The Chairman assured the senators of his full support, and expressed optimism that with their promise of quality representation Lagos youth will have a stronger voice in national matters.

He concluded by wishing them a successful tenure, hoping that their time in the Nigerian Youth Parliament will be marked by progress, collaboration, and commitment to serving the Nigerian youth community.
