The Lagos State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria NYCN under the distinguished leadership of Engr. Adigun Ibrahim Olalekan has made history following the successful institution of the first of its kind, Forum of Local Branches Coordinators, FOC Bye-law.
The byelaw was delivered by an Adhoc Committee of the FOC led by Comr Babatunde Opeyemi, the Coordinator of Alimosho Local Branch, who were appointed at a meeting of the forum with the State Executives Council on Saturday, 20th July 2024.
The committee was, among other things, allotted a 2-month mandate to institute the byelaw that will ensure the proper conduct of the FOC moving forward.
It was gathered that with a week to the two months deadline, the document was uploaded for sighting, perusal and areas of possible adjustment before it was finally presented to the State Chairman at the management meeting in the presence of all management members of NYCN Lagos State Chapter on Saturday, 21st September 2024.
With this milestone, the administration of the FOC can run untampered, courtesy of the resourceful leadership of Engr Adigun Ibrahim Olalekan as State Chairman.
