By virtue of his position as the chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter, Engr. Adigun Ibrahim has been inducted into the NYCN Southwest leadership structure.
The induction was consequent upon his inauguration on Wednesday alongside other newly-elected officials of the state executive council.
Adigun was introduced to the leadership structure by his predecessor, Comrade Lekan Biliamin Oba.
He was formally and warmly received into the fold by the vice chairman of NYCN Southwest, Comrade Tomi Amosun who emphasized the significance of Adigun’s inclusion in the regional leadership structure.
Amosun stressed that the region’s cohesive leadership is crucial for advancing youth initiatives and addressing regional challenges effectively.
On behalf of the group, Amosun congratulated Adigun on his emergence as the chairman of the Lagos Chapter highlighting his role in fostering unity and advocating for youth development across Lagos State.
He underscored how his membership will strengthen the collective voice of the Southwest youth within the NYCN framework.
Amosun concluded by affirming the commitment of the Southwest chapters to collaborate closely under Adigun’s leadership, ensuring impactful contributions to societal development.
