The leading candidate for the Chairmanship seat of Lagos State National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Comrade Adigun Ibrahim has kickstarted his consultative tour.
In a post made on his Facebook page on Friday evening, Adigun announced that he consulted with critical leaders of the youth body in Badagry area of the state in order to share his plans and strategy with them.
The post reads; “Today (Friday), I commenced my consultative tour by meeting with critical leaders of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) in Badagry.
“On the tour with me were the coordinators of NYCN Amuwo-Odofin, Ojodu, and Mosan Okunola Local branches. The visit availed me the opportunity to share my plans and strategy with the leaders as we all brainstormed and rubbed minds together.”
Adigun who is the incumbent coordinator of NYCN Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye boasts of impressive popularity amongst youths and leaders in the state and beyond for his track record.
Though the former Speaker of Lagos State University Student Parliamentary Council has yet to make an official statement about his aspiration, he has been amassing support and endorsement from youths and notable individuals across the state and beyond.
