Dr Abdullah Ganduje’s reign as rhe National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) might have come to an end as the executives of the party in Ganduje Ward, Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area, announced his suspension.
Ganduje’s suspension was announced by the ward legal adviser of the APC, Halliru Gwanzo, while addressing newsmen in Kano State on Monday.
According to Gwanzo the allegations of bribery against Ganduje peddled by the Kano State Government as the reason for the suspension.
“We decided to suspend Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje from the party due to the seriousness of the allegations against him,” Gwanzo said.
As of the time of filing this report, efforts to contact the Chief Press Secretary to the APC National Chairman, Mr Edwin Olufo, for his comments proved abortive as his mobile phone was unreachable.
