President Bola Tinubu has conferred posthumous national honours on the 17 soldiers gruesomely killed in the Okuama community, Bomadi LGA of Delta state.
This was as he offered scholarships to their children.
Tinubu spoke on Wednesday during the burial ceremony of the late soldiers at the military cemetery in Abuja.
