Professor Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, Vice-Chancellor of the Lagos State University, Ojo, and the entire staff and students of the institution are in cloud nine at the moment. Their celebratory mood is over the outstanding performances of nine graduates of its Faculty of Law that made First Class in the just released Nigerian Law School Bar final examination results.
The graduates that made the revered citadel of learning proud include Akinmusire Sina Victor, Owolabi Yusuf Olatunji, Badmus Sulaimon Ayodele, Oyede Mariam Adejumoke, Afolabi Aderonke Salmat, Lawal Adebisi Bilqees, Haastrup Adetumbi Wuraola, Fagbolade Ewaoluwa Blessing, and Ogungbo Azeezat Toluwalase.
This academic attainment is unprecedented in a single academic year in the history of the institution’s Faculty of Law.
An obviously elated Professor Olatunji-Bello congratulated the Faculty of Law Dean, Prof. Olatoye, and his entire team on the commendable achievement when she said: “This result is an evidence of the dedication and diligence of all staff. I am so proud of you all. Congratulations!”
This academic attainment has, once again, reaffirmed the position of LASU Law programme as the flagship academic programme in the country.
Theliberationnews recalls that the Faculty of Law also produced the Best Graduating Student with the highest CGPA (5.0) in the history of the university at its 26th convocation ceremony that in June 2023.
