The Supreme Court has reaffirmed Senator Bala Mohammed’s victory as the governor the duly elected governor of Bauchi State.
The Apex Court throws out the appeal of Sadique Abubakar of the APC against the outcome of the March 18, 2023 governorship election.
The court upheld the findings of the court of appeal, which affirmed the election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, and threw out the appeal filed by Abubakar for being “devoid of merit.”
