The Ogun State Government has announced a reward of N50m for anyone with useful information that will lead to the arrest of the killers of the state’s Director of Finance and Administration (DFA), Taiwo Oyekanmi.
Recall Theliberationnews reported that Oyekanmi was murdered by armed robbers last Wednesday, 29th November while returning from two of the major banks within the state capital where he had gone to withdraw an undisclosed amount of money.
In a press statement obtained by Theliberationnews on Friday, the state government announced a handsome reward of N50m for anyone with intel that will aid police investigation and ultimately lead to the arrest of the killers.
The government has assured that the information will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
The statement reads: “The Ogun State Government has announced a reward of fifty (50) million naira for anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the killers of the state’s Director of Finance and Administration (DFA), Mr. Taiwo Oyekanmi, on 29th November 2023 in Abeokuta.
