Dr. Idiat Oluranti, the senator representing Lagos West district has announced plans to support farmers in the senatorial district with fertilisers.
The event is scheduled to come up today, Thursday 9th November 2023 at her constituency office on Oba Akinjobi Way, GRA, Ikeja by 10 am.
It was gathered that the fertiliser distribution is part of her intervention plans aimed at mitigating the effects of fuel subsidy discontinuance by the federal government.
The program is ultimately aimed at complementing the federal government’s efforts in ensuring food sufficiency in the country, particularly in her senatorial district that plays home to millions of Lagosians
