Bashorun Dele Momodu was one of the few Nigerians who scooped an award at the EMY Africa Awards held over the weekend in faraway Ghana.

The award ceremony held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) is an annual event aimed at celebrating the achievements of illustrious men and women who have made significant contributions to society in various fields, including business, entertainment, and sports.

The ceremony is organised by the Exclusive Men’s Club International, a non-profit organisation that promotes the development of men and boys in Africa.

The founder of Ovation Magazine who hails from Nigeria was one of the few Nigerians that bagged an award at the event as he was specially recognised for his immense contribution to promoting the values of humanity.

Reacting to the award, the revered journalist, businessman, and motivational speaker wrote: ” My sincere gratitude to the Board of Patrons, Faculty and Secretariat of the EMY Africa Awards, for the generous honor bestowed on me last night, in Accra, Ghana… May God almighty compensate your kindness with an overflow of blessings.
