The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) has announced that judgment will be delivered on Wednesday, September 6 in the three pending petitions before it.
Theliberationnews gathered that the PEPC under the headship of Justice Haruna Tsammani had scheduled judgment for Wednesday in the petitions by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and that by Peter Obi and the Labour Party (LP).
Sources in the court also confirmed to Theliberationnews that the proceedings planned to commence at 9am, will be aired live on television.
