Winners have emerged at the 2023 Headies Award with many Afrobeat artists winning big.
The ceremony is a music awards show set up in 2006 by the Hip Hop World Magazine of Nigeria to celebrate remarkable achievements in the Nigerian music industry.
On Sunday, the 16th Headies Award was held amid glam, pomp and pageantry in Atlanta Georgia for the second year in a row.
The annual ceremony was not without performances by established and promising artists. It is broadcast live on HipTV to viewers across Nigeria.
