Lagos Speaker, Obasa, Nigeria’s Envoy to UK, Sarafa Isola, Others Participate In Lagos Judicial Retreat In Edinburgh

Keeping up with its sterling performance and characteristic world-class justice system, the Lagos State judiciary is having its annual Judges Retreat in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

This year’s edition, being the 14th of its kind, is themed: ‘Enhancing The Process of Justice Delivery.’

Top among others that are currently at the retreat is the High Commissioner for Nigeria in the United Kingdom, His Excellency, Sarafa Tunji Isola, the speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa and the Lagos State Head of Service, Hakeem Muri Okunola.

Rt. Hon. Obasa, who is a lawyer in a post expressed his ecstasy to be a participant at the judicial retreat just as he expressed his optimism that it will further arm the state judges with ideas and innovations that will further propel the state judicial system to greater heights.

“Reflecting on the past to shape the future of justice. I am excited to be part of the 14th Annual Judges Retreat by Lagos State Judiciary. We are exploring the theme: Enhancing The Process of Justice Delivery.

“We have gathered to discuss and collaborate on innovative ideas that will propel our justice system,” Obasa wrote.
