The planned strike by the Nigerian Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress scheduled to commence on Wednesday has suffered a huge setback as the National Industrial on Monday granted an interim order prohibiting the industrial action.
Justice O. Y. Anuwe issued the order and adjourned further hearing till 19 June.
Theliberationnews gathered that the order was obtained following an exparte order sought by the Federal Government.
