The speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa has expressed his optimism that Nigeria will be great again, with Tinubu in power.
The historic third-term speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly said this following his meeting with the president on Monday.
With the visit, Obasa joined the list of very influential individuals across the country and around the world that have visited the president since he assumed office last month and also the first speaker of a state assembly to do so.
In a Facebook post made on Monday, Obasa expressed his delight in meeting with the president disclosing that they deliberated on issues of national importance.
His words “I’m honoured to have had the opportunity of meeting with our esteemed President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, earlier today.
“Engaging in constructive discussions, we deliberated on issues of national importance and, I can say I am encouraged knowing that we have the best man for the job at the centre. Nigeria will be great again.
“I am grateful to Mr. President for his leadership and commitment to fostering collaboration between Lagos and the centre.
“Together, we will work tirelessly to advance the welfare of our constituents and build a brighter future for all. #Leadership #Collaboration #Progress.”
