President Bola Tinubu, GCFR, is having his maiden meeting with the nation’s service chiefs led by the Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor.
Others attendees of the meeting are Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Farouk Yahaya, Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Awwal Gambo. Also, the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amao and the Inspector-General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba are at the meeting.
The Director-General of the Department of State Service(DSS), Yusuf Bichi and, the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ahmed Rufai Abubakar are in attendance.
Theliberationnews reported on Wednesday that the President met with Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa who briefed the president on the commission’s squabble with the DSS amongst other germane issues.
