The Nigeria movie industry, especially the Yoruba sector has been thrown into mourning mood as veteran actress, Sidikat Odunkanwi, better known as Iyabo Oko, passes away.
She was aged 63.
Theliberationnews gathered that the popular actress died in the late hours of Wednesday after long battle with illness.
Her daughter, Bisi Aisha, has since confirmed the unfortunate incident via a post on Instagram.
The post reads: “It is well with your soul mummy, RIP. Wurami. Rest in peace.”
