President, Bola Tinubu, GCFR, arrived at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Tuesday around 2:30pm.

He was welcomed into office by Vice President Kashim Shettima and other high-ranking government officials including Rt. Hon. Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila while Tijjani Umar, permanent secretary of the State House, welcomed him at the forecourt of his office.

Already waiting for him, amongst others are Godwin Emefiele, Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mallam Mele Kyari, Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mr. Wale Edun, former Lagos State Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Dele Alake and Hon. James Faleke.

Theliberationnews reliably gathered that the president was scheduled to meet with the NNPCL GCEO, Kyari and CBN Governor, Emefiele, obviously to address the unfurling fuel crisis.
