The entertainment industry has been thrown into mourning following the demise of Alhaja Adijat Kuburat, the mother of globally known Fuji musician, Wasiu Alabi, popularly known as Pasuma.
Pasuma announced the death of his mother in a post via his verified Instagram page.
“My jewel, I will miss you forever! Words fail me(sic). Rest in power and peace, please watch over me from heaven,” Pasuma wrote Thursday, posting his picture and late Alhaja Kuburat.
“O Allah, forgive our mother and elevate her station among those who are guided.
“Send her along the path of those who came before, and forgive her of all shortcomings🙏🙏🙏. @officialpasuma May Almighty Allah be with you,” Saheed Osupa wrote on his Facebook page.
Also expressing his condolence, Shefiu Alao wrote: “My friend @officialpasuma, I solemnly commiserate with you on the passing of our dearest mum. May Almighty Allah grant her Aljanat Firdaus. Please take heart ore mi.”
Also sharing in Pasuma’s grief, the chairman of Isolo LCDA, Adebayo Olasoju, in a post on his social media page, pray to God to grant Pasuma the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
