The Chairman of Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Olasoju Adebayo has sent his heartfelt congratulatory message to the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a release personally signed by the council helmsman and published through his media office on Wednesday morning, Olasoju held that Tinubu’s victory was largely due to his political mastery, selflessness and leadership style; all of which bore on his electoral adventure, especially in the Northern region.
The statement read in part: “Watching the INEC chairman declare Asiwaju winner of the 2023 presidential election and pronouncing him as duly elected is the most pleasing piece of news I have had the privilege of listening to all my life.
“The conviction that Asiwaju’s emergence will bring about the anticipated relief in the country by way of the manifestation of his “RENEWED HOPE” agenda has made his victory more pleasing. I am glad to, on behalf of the good residents and teeming party faithful in Isolo LCDA congratulate him on his deserved victory.”
Attributing Tinubu’s victory to his political consciousness and detribalized political philosophy, Olasoju appreciated party faithful and other electorates in the council area for their various quota of efforts put into his (Tinubu’s) success as he urged all and sundry to look forward to the national development that awaits the country.
The council boss concluded by praying to Almighty God to grant the President-elect the wherewithal needed to achieve his lofty plans in order that the country may regain its top spot in the comity of nations.
