Amidst cases of electoral violence that led to the cancellation of election in some polling units in Okota area of Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II, results gathered so far showed the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, (APC) Ladi Ajomale in early lead
As gathered by Theliberationnews, Ajomale, the son of APC former Lagos State Chairman, Chief Henry Oladele Ajomale is leading with massive votes from Ishagatedo/Ire-Akari, Ilasamaja and other wards in the constituency.
Theliberationnews gathered that Ajomale amassed 2,830 votes in Ilasamaja Ward as the candidate of Labour party, Ugochukwu Okwubiri trailed with 1,235.
The candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Saheed Aregbe only polled 265 votes.
For Ishagatedo/Ire-Akari Ward, APC polled 1,737 votes to LP’s 1,407 votes leaving PDP with only 301 votes.
