Like the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress(APC), Senator Abdullahi Adamu lost his polling unit, the Director General of Tinubu Campaign Organisation, and Governor of Plateau State, Simon Bako Lalong could not deliver his booth to the foremost presidential candidate in the country and national leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, shockingly won at Lalong’s Polling Unit 015, Shendam Kurumbo Ward B of Local Government Area of Plateau State where Lalong cast his vote.

Lalong is contesting Plateau South Senatorial District in the Saturday’s election.

As announced by the presiding officer, Sowan Stephen, Peter Obi of the iLabour Party scored 104 votes, while Asíwájú Bola Ahmed Tinubu, got 88 votes and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party polled 8 votes.

National Assembly elections results at the unit are as follows: Senate: APC – 143: PDP – 39: LP – 14: House of Representatives: APC-133: PDP-47: LP – 19

Theliberationnews reports that APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu lost his polling unit to LP’s Peter Obi.

Adamu could only garner 85 votes for Tinubu at his polling unit in Angwarimi Ward, GRA A1, LERCEST Office in Keffi, Nasarawa State as Peter Obi stole the show with 132 votes.

To add salt to the woes, the senatorial result gathered by Theliberationnews showed SDP clinching Adamu’s polling unit with 184 votes as APC came distant second with 55 votes.

Senatorial Position: APC (55), PDP (22), LP (42), NNPP (4), SDP (184), ADC (1), and ZLP (3); seven votes were counted as invalid (7).

For the Position of House of Representatives: APC (46), PDP (41), LP (30), NNPP (4), AA (21), SDP (159), ADC (2), APGA (1), while invalid votes were sixteen (16).
