With the imminent announcement of the presidential election result staring all in the face, former President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday led the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Election Monitoring Team on a visit to the soon-to-be president-elect of the country, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The team included the former President of Ghana, John Mahama.
Theliberationnews gathered that the ECOWAS team also met with Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
