President Muhammadu Buhari’s violation of the Electoral Act by his public display of his presidential Ballot paper to show loyalty to his party’s candidate was worth it as he delivered his polling unit for the foremost presidential candidate in the country and revered national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
At Buhari’s Polling Unit,003 Sarkin Yara, Ward A, Daura,Tinubu polled 523 while the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP)Atiku was only able to record three votes.
The senatorial votes, however, did not go APC’s way as Accord Party stole the show with 263 votes while APC garnered 248 votes.
