The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has today confirmed former Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima as his running mate for the 2023 presidential election.
Kashim Shettima was born on September 2nd, 1966. He was a banker by profession having graduated from University of Maiduguri (UniMaid) where he obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural Economics before venturing into active politics. Kashim Shettima is the former governor of Borno State and incumbent senator, representing Borno Central.
