Tinubu Intervenes In Protracted ASUU Strike, Meets With Students’ Union Leadership

The presidential flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, accompanied by his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima and Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi held a meeting with the leadership of the National Association Of Nigerian Students (NANS), over the ongoing industrial strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

The foremost presidential candidate in the country intervened in the protracted strike on Wednesday when himself and his team met with the leadership of NANS as they promised to push for an end to the ongoing strike action.

With his intervention, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel.
