Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has been billed to undergo surgical operation following recurrent leg pain.
This was made known by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Laolu Akande via a Twitter post on Saturday evening.
In the tweet, Akande disclosed that: “VP Osinbajo is in the hospital today for a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain in the leg possibly sustained from an injury while playing squash. His doctors would give an update of the treatment later today.”
Confirming the news, the VP himself tweeted saying:”I have been admitted today at the hospital for a surgical procedure on account of a recurrent pain in the leg possibly sustained from an injury while playing squash.”
