Election result from Unit 1, Ward 11, Abayomi, Iwo Road, Ibadan North East LG, where Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State showed that the foremost presidential candidate in the country and national leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu floored the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar.
Tinubu amassed 104 votes to beat Atiku who came a distant third with 27 votes.
Obi, Tinubu’s closest rival Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP) polled 82 votes in the unit.
