Again, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced a further extension of the deadline for the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
Theliberationnews authoritative reports that new deadline is February 5 hence, it will continue at INEC offices across the 774 local government secretariats in the country.
Going by the new date, the exercise will end just twenty days to the February 25 presidential and national assembly elections.
