Nigerian Afrobeats Superstar, Adekunle Gold has announced that he and his wife, singer Simi, are now proud parents of twins.
The “Sade” crooner shared the happy news with fans via his Snapchat story, writing: “Asked God for another child and he blessed me double.”
The announcement is coming on the heels of hints from Simi just weeks ago.
Recall that last December, she shared a snippet from Adekunle Gold’s latest music video, “My Love Is the Same,” captioning it: “From my baby, for my babies.” The post revealed her baby bump, creating speculation that the couple was expecting again.
Fans and followers have since flooded social media with congratulatory messages, celebrating the arrival of the couple’s new additions.
This marks another exciting chapter for the power couple, who are already parents to one child.
