The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has announced his prophetic predictions for 2026, forecasting a year of economic relief, expanding opportunities and a major turnaround in Nigeria’s migration trend.

Pastor Adeboye shared the prophecies during the church’s annual crossover service held along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

According to clergyman, the coming year will surpass 2025 in impact, bringing more breakthroughs, victories and successes, with fewer disappointments.

He said the spiritual “wind” that began blowing in 2024 would continue with even greater force in 2026, adding that many people would soon testify with the words, “God remembered me at last.”

Focusing on Nigeria, the RCCG leader predicted a noticeable reduction in hunger across the country and said small and medium-scale businesses would begin to thrive again. He also spoke of what he described as a “reversed JAPA,” noting that many Nigerians who relocated abroad in search of better opportunities would return home.

Pastor Adeboye explained that what he shared was only the first part of his prophecies concerning Nigeria, adding that the second part would be released on Friday, January 2, if God permits.

On global issues, the cleric said the chances of a major world war in 2026 would be lower than in the previous year. He also noted that weather conditions would largely be similar to those experienced in 2025, although a few major hurricanes could still occur.
