As part of preparations to commemorate his 52nd birth anniversary coming up on Monday, 11th November, the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, on Friday celebrated with students from across various schools in the State.
Dr. Obasa, a renowned philanthropist and an advocate of qualitative education doled out cash rewards to some of the students as he admonished them social vices explaining that such could derail them from achieving their lives’ purposes.
At the event which was held at the Oyewole Primary, the number three citizen of the state gave out five million naira to Aminat Alege, a victim of shot teargas canister.
