In acknowledgement and appreciation of her qualitative representation on the floor of the red chamber and advocacy for educational reforms, the Students Parliamentary Council of Lagos State University has honored Dr. Idiat Oluranti Adebule, the distinguished Senator representing Lagos West Senatorial district.
The accolade was presented to her at the National Parliamentary Summit organized by the 34th Student Parliamentary Council held on Thursday.
This prestigious event brought together student leaders and political leaders from across the state and beyond to discuss the topic: “Empowering Students Voices: Shaping The Future of Education and Leadership through Objective Legislation,”
The renowned educationalist cum revered lawmaker was represented at the event by the Chairman of Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon. Rasaq Olusola Ajala who appreciated the students leaders for the recognition assuring that lawmaker will not relent in her exemplary representation at the red chamber and contribution to the education sector.
Other dignitaries at the event included the Commissioner for Youth and social development, Hon. Mobolaji Ogunlende, the immediate past Vice Chairman (West), NYCN Lagos State, Com. Jamiu Ademosu among others.
