The Adeleke family has once again demonstrated their firm support for star musician, Davido as his ongoing custody battle with his baby mama, Sophia Momodu goes on.
In a show of solidarity, Davido’s cousin, Folasade Adeleke, posted a video hyping up Chioma, Davido’s wife, with the caption “Big Chi, not the little one.” This gesture comes on the heels of Folasade’s previous shade thrown at Sophia Momodu, following her statement about Davido’s late son, Ifeanyi.
Folasade and Davido have always been close, frequently attending events together, and it’s clear she has taken her cousin’s side in this messy dispute. The custody battle has seen intimate details revealed through court documents, including Sophia’s admission of an intimate relationship with Davido up until 2022. Despite his denials, Davido’s focus remains on Sophia’s mention of his late son’s name, which he cites as reason to deny him partial custody of their daughter, Imade.
As the situation continues to unfold, Dele Momodu, Sophia’s uncle, has intervened, urging peace between both parties to protect Imade from future harm.
