Aro Lambo, Ex-Lagos SSG Dies At 81

A former Secretary to the Lagos State Government, Honourable Gausudeen Omotilewa Aro-Lambo is dead.

Theliberationnews learnt that Aro-Lambo died late Tuesday after a protracted battle with Diabetes and failing eyesight.

He was buried in Lagos on Wednesday, 22 May, 2024 in accordance with Islamic rites. He was aged 81.

Aro-Lambo was the Secretary to the Lagos State Government during the reign of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Governor of the state between 1999 and 2007.

He was a former member of the House of Representatives representing Lagos Island Federal Constituency on the platform of the erstwhile Social Democratic Party (SDP) during the aborted Third Republic that was midwifed by General Ibrahim Babangida.
