An indigene of Lagelu Local Government Area, Ibadan, Oyo State, Olubodun Ayomide Shukurat, aged 23, has set a record by becoming the youngest graduate of the Nigeria National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru, Plateau State.

The Institute declared Olubodun, a specialist in Human Resources Management, as the youngest Nigerian to participate in the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC) of the revered institution.

Her inspiring academic attainment includes a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management also known as Human Resource Management; a Master’s degree in Business Administration just as she’s currently pursuing her doctorate degree. The icing on her academic cake is when alongside other distinguished Nigerians, she completed the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC) at NIPSS.

Olubodun is dedicated to inspiring policy focus as a Human Resource Management expert in her current position as the Chief Operating Officer(COO), of Sign At Site Limited, an Outdoor Advertising company.

She is an active member of Rotary International (Rotary Club of Challenge area of Ibadan, Oyo state where Dr. Akande Kazeem Babatunde serves as the Charter President.

Ayomide has actively been salutary participant of strategic workshops and training sessions both locally and internationally where she presented illuminating papers and discussions.

Speaking with Theliberationnews, the promising lad expressed joy over her achievements thus far, acknowledging her father’s tireless efforts of mentorship and relentless pecuniary supports.

Reflecting on her journey, she said: “At first, I didn’t quite grasp its full impact until my dad got me seated to elucidate the benefits of the institution when he said: “You’ve truly made history being the youngest to ever accomplish this feat of participation at the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC) at age 23.”
